The Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia (ACAC) is a hospitality training institution that offers its students an internationally recognized higher diploma/associate degree in the culinary arts. The Academy offers a two-year diploma in culinary arts, accredited through the Swiss Hotel Management Academy Lucerne (SHL). Instruction is in English with Khmer translation. The curriculum exposes students to a comprehensive range of courses covering the interconnected areas of the culinary industry.
